Not proactive enough
Ordered a gimbal in late July but it was out of stock, however I was happy to wait. It took banggood ages to inform me of this and they didnt keep me updated on the order. I asked for a refund last week (early November) which they quickly sorted out in fairness and I received the paypal refund in two days. My biggest issue is the poor communication and effectively leaving it in the customers hands to chase items. Communicating via their online chat is painstakingly slow as well.
