Their customer support really surprised me! I was having trouble with connecting my DJI Osmo Pocket with the phone as I normally did it for the last 3 years since I have it, so I reached out for their support. Their site is a bit confusing and not very objective in that matter but I managed to write to them and explain my problems and for my surprise the response came latter in the same day (it was the eastern holidays so that’s most impressive) and with a very detailed procedure I should do! So that was enough for a 5 star review right? Not quite, since the instructions are actually not so objective and didn’t mentioned a series of problems that might appear in the process of following those steps. Anyway, to try to make it short, what happened is that I was able to solve the problem but having to figure out a lot of solutions for myself and with (some) misleading in the previous instructions, so I wrote back to the company after I fixed everything and let them know that their support was faulty (I mentioned every step that was wrong or they omit) and tell them to try to fix it for the next customer so they don’t have to endure through it like myself, and then I got a very polite response for another person (I think was a supervisor, but I can’t really remember now) thanking me for the feedback, apologising for their errors and to make them show they really mean and appreciate it they offered me a SanDisk for 128GB for my camera, so that says a lot about the company really showing that their value their responsibility towards their costumers.
