i bought a xiaomi mi 10 ultra on the 2nd february, i have got the confirmation of the order but still haven't got any shipment update. even when i paid for expedited shipping ,i also paid for dhl. i email them almost everyday and still no reply from them. really bad service, going to wait few days and then open dispute. even if there should be a delay, it is my right to know. my order number is : 1100024881
