A welcome move to TallRock
To date, the attention to, and patience with, the onerous procedures required to transfer my funds from others to TallRock has been managed with empathy and sympathy towards my, the client's circumstances, so as to make the process as smooth as possible in this highly [read painfully] regulated financial environment we find ourselves in these days. Hats off to the TallRock team! Next under scrutiny, as this transfer is relatively recent, will be the performance of the various investments established for me. I am optimistic these will exceed my expectations - for that is why I have moved to TallRock :-). Rebecca and Maelle have been a dream team to deal with, super-understanding of clients' (my) otherwise busy schedules, allowing us to focus on the demands of our own business interests. Communication has been clear, succinct and regular. Another 'plus' point for me. Long may all this continue.
