Refund Not Processed. Scam Company.
I returned and requested a refund for a faulty eGPU that could not be detected by either my mini-PC or a laptop. They say they have received my returned product and that a refund would be processed "immediately" and would see the money return to my account "within 3-5 business days". That was back in late April. It is now mid-May with no refund processed. This is scam company with faulty equipment and terrible customer support.
