Very bad service
Very bad service. Since it had been days - 8 days since my parcel had been shipped by the seller, I tried to search for the domestic contact number of City-link express in my area and give them a call, but to no avail. Later in the evening, I tried to contact the City-Link CS and a Indian lady picked up my call. She's very rude - no greeting or so whatever, and when I told her that I knew about my consignment whereabouts but I wanted to know why I still didn't received it, she hung up. I never experienced such attitude from any CS before.
