Very bad and rude customer service from their HQ. Called more than 10 times they just hang up or transfer calls and cut off. My parcel almost 4 days haven’t arrived and really helpless. The parcel is only from Malacca to Subang Jaya. The HQ staff will just hang up upon requesting to talk to their manager. Frankly, they’re good for nothing.
