over priced fake lamps from China, not NL
I have been asked to edit or delete my review, so here is my edit: A Widerrufsrecht in Germany is 14 days from time of purchase. But this website does not offer you to cancel orders, and also has no Impressum and is not doing business properly in Europe. The lamps are copied, fake - but the designer name is used, which is clearly a copyright infringement. The lamp took a long time to arrive despite "expedited shipping". When I was waiting for my lamp, I realize I had been ripped off when I looked at the bad reviews on this website. Silly me, for not having done more research before hand. So I wanted to cancel my order and get a full refund: which I have a legal right to do in Germany within 14 days (which was the time frame). I was told the lamp is already underway so I can not cancel my order. In other reviews I see it is not possible to return the lamps for free, you need to pay for shipping back to China which I refuse to do, as I feel I have been absolutely ripped off. This website is dot NL but ABSOLUTELY not based in NL. Nor in Europe. Lamps are shipped from China which is why they take a long time to arrive. And also why you can not make returns in EU. Also, please stop asking me to delete my review. I would have deleted it, had I gotten my money back. No, I do not want a 10 euro discount either. I want a full refund, as I tried to cancel my order within 14 days and I am not happy with the lamp. I will not return the lamp to China either. Absolutely horrible experience and I feel very ripped off by this is a counterfeit product !!! about the actual lamp: the color is terrible, a grey shade which is different to the website. The lamp is top-heavy so it falls over easily as the base is far too small. Again: counterfeit. Yes, you can dim it on 3 settings. Not so exciting, there are lamps on amazon you can recharge and dim for 20 euro. Price far too expensive for what it is (counterfeit). original review: The website does not make it clear, that the items ship from China. In fact, the lamp I ordered says "Expedited Express for Small Pieces" - in English Expedited Express gives the impression it will come within a few days, this is what expedited express means. The website is .nl so dot netherlands. No where does it say the lamp will be shipped from China. Problem with knock off products from China is that they ALWAYS get stuck in customs, and I have to pay extra fees to pick them up. Also, I ordered already on June 30th so it has been 8 days and only now did it get shipped from China. very disappointing!!!
