Simply put, Tyler Quander is the BEST mortgage refinance person that we've EVER worked with. He was helpful, patient, professional without being stuffy, he had laser focus and knows his job, and he was responsive to my many questions and concerns. He delivered on what he promised, and we closed in record time (15 business days from when I first called him). We had a horrible experience with the bank that we’ve done business with for 20+ years. We tried to refinance with them, but we found that 20+ years of loyalty as their customer meant nothing when it came to them being fair with us on rates and closing costs. After six months (yes, 6) of getting the run-around, I finally had enough of dealing with my bank, so I gave this small company a chance.
