I wanted to buy a challenge and trying to complete the KYC process. I am Malaysian and my country is not banned from Lucid Trading. I submitted the all documents and now its been 2 days and no feedback at all and quite. I send an email to support still no response and even reach out in discord, my text totally ignored by admin in discord. Totally disappointed with the experience
