I am amending my previous bad review and would like to provide an update. I initially had an issue with my order, and could not get a response for assistance (I used the form through the website, and I also submitted an email). While they said they could not find any communications from me, they promptly emailed me back and quickly assisted with a return and refund. I am very pleased with the customer service provided. I hate I had to leave a bad review to get assistance, but am happy with the result. Thank you!
