I’ve ordered contacts from this website…
I’ve ordered contacts from this website once before and had no issues, but this time has been a little different. I made my order 13 business days ago to ensure it got here in time for an upcoming scheduled event and still have not received it. Naturally, once it hit 10 business days, I sent an email to support and they got back to me one day later asking for my order number even though I had included it in my initial email. It has been 2 business days since, and I have yet to receive any updates on my order. I’m well aware that it has probably been lost in transit, but until they can confirm that for me I’m stuck waiting on a reply wasting time that could be for reshipping. I really do hope they understand my frustration and at least offer expedited re-shipping for the lack of logistics.
