I spoke to JP. Extremely rude! Can't understand how someone would employ a person so unkind and rude to their customers! I simply called the listed expert phone number on the website to verify a wheel I was very interested in would fit my vehicle. Super rude person answered that didn't want to help. He seemed upset I wanted to ask questions. Said "are you going to order a set now or no" without me even telling him what the wheel was at first. When I asked for his name because of how terrible I was being talked to he would not give it to me. I asked again for his name and got nothing. Said to me he was just too busy and not enough help. I was shocked on how he made me feel. He was upset that I was calling to ask a question even though the phone number is listed for needing help. I am let down because I liked a wheel but want nothing to do with it now.
