Receive dead flowers
I place an order, received dead flowers, they told me they can do replacement and I asked for 50% refund and I was told that they cant do this. they force peoples to take the flowers and customer service mentioned the reason i cant have refund coz flowers are available and they can re-deliver after 2 days. do you celebrate your birthday after 2 days? I am never ever gonna shop at this place. They force and they dont refund when knowing something is wrong. No one complains on valentines day if things are right, peoples only do when their other half is unhappy. They ruin my day, their policies are bad.
