very unhappy with my purchase and the return policy
I purchased I blouse from Roselinlin and when I got it, it didn't quite look like what I ordered. The Material was cheap looking. I ordered a size small and it looked like a size large. I could swim in it. I followed steps to have the blouse returned. I got a quick answered except I was told that the blouse had to be shipped to some place out of the country (I think China).and I would have to pay for the shipping. I was warned that It would take a long time before I could have my money returned in stead I could take a 15% of the purchase price returned to me and use that money to have the blouse altered. It would have to be remade totally and that would cost more than what I originally paid for it, plus more. I am so disappointed in their return policy and the quality of the blouse. I will never again order from this company.I am happy for those who are statisfied with their purchase, but as for as my experience goes, I do not recommend this company.
