Requests and emails ignored
I pre-ordered Charger 1 and they took my money but it seems to have completely fallen on deaf ears. I found it elsewhere for the same price and gave up waiting to Bluetti. I emailed and asked to cancel but aren't responding to any of my emails. EDIT: They finally replied and got me a refund.
