Sophie with the Vip customer service team is amazing She rocks!
I was having a very hard time figuring out how to get my payout for the Super Affiliate program and was so overwhelmed and frustrated by it all and just ready to give up. I tgen received an email from Sophie from the vip customer service team. She was so helpful and walked me through every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me. She went above and beyond even though I was frustrated. She remained calm and professional and was able to get me what I needed. I just wanted to send a special shout out to her and her alone for her help. Thank you so much Sophie and thank you EDD for making my days a little easier and waking me up with just one cup every morning!!!
