Don't BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
0 for a REVIEW IN MY OPINION.I placed a Valentines order on Feb 4th. I never received confirmation or tracking. With in 5 days I got a tracking number. I attempted to track my item and it was saying error I emailed customer services and they responded 4 days later with a tracking number that said invalid every time I tried tracking my item. I was frustrated but still hopeful to receive my item on time before Valentine's. I emailed CS again and finally, I was able to track it and it said delivered in Fremont Ca that's close to 7 hours away from me. I emailed CS again and they haven't replied back I searched for a number and can't find one online. I went to the post office to see if they can track my package and they said I had to contact the company there is no tracking that USPS ever received my package. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I only spent 30 dollars and don't expect to be refunded but this company is a joke and they rip people off. I wish I had read the reviews before my purchase.
