Total disappointment
Damen-Retro-Kleid mit lila Rosenmuster und Farbverlauf, kurzärmelig Today my order arrived, and I opened the package expecting the dress I had been looking forward to. Instead, I was met with a shock that genuinely moved me to tears. The item you sent bears no resemblance whatsoever to the dress advertised on your website. The dress I ordered was described as 95% cotton and 5% nylon. What I received does not contain a single thread of cotton. The fabric is a cheap, unpleasant polyester that smells strongly of chemicals. The advertised dress was shown as light, airy, semi transparent mousseline with a full, wide skirt. The item you sent is narrow, stiff, and not even wide enough for me to lift the sides. I took photos of the differences between the advertised product and what I received, but could not upload any here . This is not a minor discrepancy — it is a complete misrepresentation of the product. I feel cheated and scammed. (crooked, snagged fabric etc.)
