Extremely terrible service received
Extremely terrible service received. Parcel missing for two weeks now and will not refund although I paid for insurance. Their prices have gone up and they have become more incompetent….avoid!

A rip off
A rip off. Ordered 3 items at 3kg which cost me £20 3 weeks ago, same 3kg of items is coming up to £54 today including a child’s unbranded tracksuit which is being listed at £31 for delivery. In comparison I have 8 items at Sugargoo warehouse at £34. Ooobuy are unreliable and make up their prices as they go along. I will never use them again.
Terrible experience
I’ve been using Sugargoo for a while but wanted to try something different and gave CSS a chance. What a mistake, the difference is like night and day: 1) customer service are extremely unresponsive. 2) I paid for FedEx shipping but still no tracking number, 7 days after I placed my order 3) I paid for QC photos but received none Paying for FedEx was a rip off because I still haven’t received my package after 7 days which means I could have used a cheaper shipping option. I do not recommend CSSBuy - use at your own risk.
