The WORST Transmission Company, Con Artists at best.
I am Hagen, I too made the horrible mistake of purchasing a transmission from this joke of a shop. I ordered it October of 2020 and waited, and waited, 3 months go by, I call them day after day, week after week. Like most of these 1 stars I had EXCUSES after EXCUSES of bogus reasons and rabbit holes on why they couldn’t build my transmission. Some old fart with a heavy Chicago accent lied saying he’d have transmissions ‘tuhmarrow’ That was lie number one, finally got in touch with some bilingual lady who told me that guy was a paid in their side and was notorious for lying. I was fed up and wanted a refund, this lady who I though was finally someone I could trust told me that within the week there would be an agency of theirs contact me for a full refund. Never got a call, so I called them. Told me it may be ANOTHER week. So I waited, patiently, bug surprise, NO CALL. So I called them (mind you they NEVER gave me a call after telling me SEVERAL times they would call me directly) after the 2 weeks I called them, stopped all conversation with their shop-dunce and asked to speak directly with the lady in charge, who told me she HADNT EVEN SENT IT OUT. After 2 weeks. Thus is not a professional business, this a business barely afloat and doing whatever they can to SCAM their customers for money and hope of they don’t call back. They’re a joke of a company and HOPE someone reads this before they make the same mistake. I hope the law hammers you all down and you lose everything you scammed for. And if you’re thinking of replying just stop, you work for a corrupt company that has no want to help it’s customers, you can’t blame covid for terrible business. You don’t want to help your customers, you want to screw them over.
