Waste of money
Wanted to transfer 3 problems, personal documents, pictures and videos from old laptop to new laptop. 1st attempt failed after 4 hours because file was too big for free space on old laptop. 2nd attempt was connection via USB transfer. This also failed. 3rd attempt was create file to external hard drive. File created successful and software said transfer was successful but most of my personal documents, pictures and videos did not transfer. So I am done with this software and will NEVER use again. Just not worth the money or time it took.
