Usually buy from nihao and have actually left 5 star reviews before but sadly the last purchase was not worthy of the same rating. I placed an order on the 14th July 2021 and nihao say the package was delivered but has never arrived. Using tracking it said the package was in the city on the 31st July and we are now the 17/08 and nothing. We have been in conact with a nihao representative, she or he was telling me that we have to be patient the package was on the way, we asked which company they send it so we could get in touch with the company, they gave us a wrong company name, until we found out ourselves which company it was, we went to the company to check about the package an the package was no longer there. The package we order is worth $9,000 pesos! Order number NHMX210706397434. We have all the WhatsApp pictures and proofs that we did everything right, address directions where accurate, and we were always checking on the delivery.
