Horrible experience
My sisters and I ordered custom made bridemaid dresses from JJ House. We have custom ordered dresses from their site before and in the past were satisfied. This occasion, we followed JJ House's measurement instructions exactly, and even double checked. The dresses arrived yesterday. Each of them were grossly oversized. They did not match the measurements we sent at all. The dresses were practically falling off. We immediately reached out to JJ House customer service to let them know of the issue and our urgency to get this resolved, as the wedding is in 5 weeks. Expecting them to work with us to find a solution. Their team finally answered back and this was their response: "Given the uniqueness of and the cost of a personalized product, we have had your agreement that personalized items cannot be returned before you place the order." They do not stand behind their product. They did not propose any solution to their mistake and left us without any options. I am very disappointed with my experience. They had my business before, but I will not shop from them in the future. It was a waste of $140. Edit: They finally offered a 50% refund. Not what we were hoping for since the entire order was their mistake. But they worked with us. I still will never shop from them again nor will I recommend them to anyone else.
