I would give 0 stars if I could. I paid extra to have 3 day shipping because these were a valentines gift, two weeks later the boxers I ordered still weren't there and were unable to be given on Valentines day. On top of this, somehow a double order went through and when I emailed them, I heard no response for 6 days, emailed again, no response. A third email finally merited a response 3 days later letting me know they couldn't refund the money because the extra item from THEIR double charge had been shipped. I emailed back letting them know that I had only ordered one and I needed a refund, to which they responded that they had only gotten my third email, which had been sent after the item was shipped out, and that because that email was sent out after the item was shipped out they couldn't "refund" me for the double-order their system had put through. (BULLCRAP) I will never be buying from Santas socks again, and would recommend literally anywhere else for customized items. They are impossible to work with, slow to respond, and will not correct their own mistakes.
