The agent I spoke with today was very professional
The agent I spoke with today was very helpful. I am a call center Supervisor and I would hire this gentleman for his customer service skills alone. He was professional, articulate and kept what could have been a bad situation calm. I feel that he addressed the issue at hand in a way that the previous agents could not or would not do. He looked at the account and found the issue. I am hoping that this will finally resolve the my overall problem. You have a very good employee.
