I bought a tripod from them
I bought a tripod from them, took time to get to me. I got it with one foot damaged. It was bit hard to reach them or to connect them, however Once I found the right contact, I really appreciate how they handled my problem. Their product are really good, would be better if their customer service would be more accessible in Australia as well.
