Megan was patient in explaining how we should plan for our next property with a detailed timeline of the next few decades, illustrating based on the options we are looking at while taking into consideration our needs and affordability. She was very professional and it was easy to follow her explanation despite it being a Zoom meeting, thanks to the impressive use of digital tools.
