Main frustration is with the app
I appreciate getting my medication and on time, but the app experience is very frustrating. I receive texts and notifications to fill out required check-ins and other forms, but the links never take me to the correct place or just don't load. I think if the app was more user friendly and reliable, my experience would be much better.
