Great quality shirts, run a bit small and difficult to make returns.
I loved the designs of the T-shirts, but the shirt material is thick and stiff and they run small. I ordered large, which is the size I wear in ALL t-shirts. These fit like a medium and have the tightest collar I've ever seen. I initiated a refund through email, as the website policy states. Since, they offered me to buy the shirts again in a new size with a 30% discount. I said no. Then, I was offered a 10% refund to keep the shirts. They offered me $5 and shirts I paid $56 for that I can't wear. I have asked 4 times for a return label and refund and I keep getting ridiculous offers to spend more money or keep products I can't wear. This is one of the worst return scenarios I've ever had to deal with. *UPDATE After a week of back and forth emails, I was finally told that I would have to pay return international shipping to get a refund, so they offered to replace my shirts for a larger size. In the end, I got new shirts and am happy with the sizing. It was still a very long and aggravating process. My suggestion is to buy larger than your usual size
