It has been a great experience working with this company. We ordered a greenhouse shortly after Christmas put it up a couple weeks later. It looks great. Unfortunately, we had a bad weekend of snow in the Pacific Northwest that came down, smothered it, and bent it up real bad. We contacted the company not really expecting much in terms of warranty, but they simply asked us for the part numbers that we need to fix it and they shipped out, free of charge. They even sent us another plastic covering which I was surprised about. We will most likely be purchasing another one at some point in the future and will probably be going through this company. Thank you Joy for all your help and great customer service.
