Poor Customer Service
I signed up to Aftership to test out their tracking pages. When I went to test out the tracking pages, It was asking me for a credit card. I reached out to customer service to request a free trial version. They said I canceled my free trial (which I did not, there wasn't even an option at sign up) and after 3 days of trying to get my account changed to a free trial they were still unable to resolve it. Putting the blame on customers and not fixing the issue in a timely manner is not how to run a company. Happy to see what their customer service is really like before making an investment.
