11 Dec 2020, I had transaction with World Remit and was cancelled 12 Dec, 2020. I contacted the WR and said that the UOB is holding the refund. They sent an email to the UOB for authorisation thing but still I wasn't able to get my refund and the agent said that there's no transaction. Lol my card was deducted bec of my transaction. Such a headache UOB. I want my money back
