After 4 years of ordering the 6The service has become absolutely terrible as has its support, waiting for a month and just today they said after I sent another message do you still want the order after having taking my money a month ago. I had cut back after getting bad service ,but this is another level for them. Most of my orders now come from temu ,10 day turn around no shipping and refunding is 2nd to none. I've now had my last order with beads.us avoid it at all costs.
