Typical Chinese sellers
Typical Chinese sellers I didn't like the service they provided. They sent me the wrong product and when I requested the money back, I was ignored. When I raised the concern directly with Paypal to resolve the issue, the seller started responding. I suggested that I will send the item back once I receive the correct on the condition that I will not charge Giztop postage charges for sending the wrong item back and in return Giztop would not charge any additional postage for sending the correct item. When they were about to send the item, Giztop tried to force me to withdraw the dispute raised through Paypal which I refused because Paypal would not allow me to open a new case if I had withdrawn the dispute and I didn't want to be left with a product which I didn't ordered. I was also pushed to agree to half refund by seller asking me to send the item to China via tracked express delivery when I received the item from a UK address. I would not do business with Giztop again.
