Jianye was polite and very good once he was here .the delay from informing infin renew arranging growatt was very slow and growatt was a bit slow the failed old battery showed no reason for fail,so changed electric board and it’s currently working,I hope the old battery doesn’t fail.Jianye very good 5 but 4 for overall service slow.
