Customer service is horrible
Customer service is horrible. Quality is not worth the price. Compared to their competitors it’s far inferior. They “guarantee quality” on their site but it’s a hassle to return. They think offering you 4% back is good enough to keep it, then the return window is so short but they don’t provide you the return address and take 24-48 hours to respond back as their standard. This company is a scam. Never ordering here again. They need management help.
