BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
My parcel has been 'out for delivery' since 5 days ago, but haven't received it. Called the customer service a few times. All they said was check and call u back, but no one did. The last time they transferred to this Indian woman named Nadini, in charge of Shopee delivery. She said she's busy, again check first and call u back. She said the branch problem got nothing to do with her (HQ). Then she HANG UP on me. I called again 3 times, she HANG UP 3 times. Wonder who's her boss, can tolerate such a bad attitude worker. Will not use City-Link again.
