A total shambles
A total shambles. The course itself is not too bad, although there are many spelling errors, unfinished and incomplete sentences etc. in the slides they use. This makes me think that the course is in fact simply a badly executed copy and paste job from another, older source. The people behind it are a different story. You do NOT get what the advertisements promise you, be warned. I will stay polite in this... I have reported this crowd to the Advertising Standards Authority over their 'misleading' advertising. The once in a lifetime offer of an 'Upgrade', costing $45.00 but charged at $47.00, to get a 140-hour, professional course, normally costing $297 and including a personal tutor turns out to be a crappy 3 modules added on to the basic 120 hour course costing $27.00, modules which magically make up 20 hours to get to 120 (basic course) + 20 = 140 hours. So not a 140 hour professional course with personal tutor, but and arbitrary '20' hours added on to a basic course, and an anonymous, silent and non-existing personal tutor...How they get to a cost of $297 is a mystery. I have yet to find out who this personal tutor was, despite finishing the course and passing the exams. I complained to the company, eventurally got a refund for the overcharge (I wonder how many people didn't spot this? $2.00 a pop makes nice beer-money for somebody) and after much haggling got the certificate as well. They did, more than once, try to relieve me of an extra $97.00 for something that was already paid for, a fact they had been alerted to more than once but chose to consistently ignore! I was promised a personal call from the course manager to iron any problems and complaints I had. 3 days, and many rather flimsy excuses later, I'm still waiting. A screenshot provided as 'proof of trying to call' by said manager made it clear that they are not even capable of something as simple as keying in a phone number as suppied to them. For some reason they added a second international country code to the number given and then wondered why it didn't work... Leave a negative comment on their FB page and it gets deleted. I was going to go for their diploma course, but the attitude and very poor customer support received convinced me that this is most likely a very expensive, and very bad idea.
