I’m out money for a bad product and they’re not helping.
I would give a less than 1-star if it were a thing. I bought garage door weather stripping. It wasn’t about the price, it was about the color (they had black). I let it warm and put heavy objects on it to flatten it for more than a week. I cut the first piece and it snapped. I made it work then took it outside and placed it where it was going to be installed. First nail went through their predrilled hole. All the rest of the nails snapped the weather stripping causing it to be arched between every nail hole. Not only did it look HORRIBLE it had no function. I made contact with support. They replied quickly and said they would be shipping out a replacement. Now I’m 60 days later and I’ve got nothing other than paying for a product that isn’t usable. Make your own assessment of this situation but it’s important to note that it takes a lot for me to write a bad review - I own a small business and I get it. This was quite unfortunate.
