I ordered a beautiful dining room chandelier but immediately after ordering I read the return/refund policy....not very good. I later discovered that though I canceled my order in the time frame required I had been charged almost $500.00. I went to my credit card company but the time frame was past. I did speak with someone one time but time went on for a long time. I finally started sending emails requesting my refund....this took months but finally they did refund my money via a direct deposit to a checking account. If I had read all the other reviews first I wouldn't have ordered anything in the first place. I do appreciate that they did finally refund me my money.
