I signed up for a trial and when I tried to log in to cancel it wouldn’t let me in with the OTP they kept sending me to my email. I googled how to email them and it said to send your inquiry to an email which I did. I kept getting bogus responses from different people. 2 weeks after I signed up, they charged me 63.00 CAD out of my bank account. I’m totally livid! March 10, 2021 Update: I did get my refund today.
