Bought a Handler lab work bench
Bought a Handler lab work bench and it arrived severely damaged. I contribute it to poor prepping for shipment by Handler and poor handling by the shipping company, UPS Freight. We decided to return the bench for a full refund. Took entirely too long to arrange pick-up since the bench had to be wrapped for shipment which we didn't have the supplies to do. Once the bench was prepared for shipping by a third-party the shipping company picked up the unit. That was a month ago and we are still waiting on the refund from Dental Planet. Think twice before buying a Handler bench from anyone. (Update) We received our refund today. Understand the person responsible for these actions was out of the office for an extended period of time. Dental Planet should have more than one person to handle these issues. Thankful for the completion of the refund.
