This company sucks and the product quality is a joke
This company sucks. I ordered 3 sets of tights. The advertising on one set was misleading, the sizing runs large, the fabric is significantly thinner than advertised, the 'hold' of them is non-existent, and worst of all is the customer service. I have been actively chasing a return on the falsely advertised tights for over two weeks now, and they have responded to all of ONE of my seven emails, telling me I could return at my own cost, or get a 30% refund and not return their crappy product. And once I replied that I want a return, ghosted again. I'm nearing the point of a charge back for fraud, ngl.
