I ordered several blouses in my usual size and they were very small. When I emailed customer service to return them I received an email back stating that it would cost more to send them back (TO CHINA!!) so they offered a 20% discount to keep them. What choice do I have!??!! I think this is terrible and there is no mention of anything like this when ordering. Now let's see if I get my 20% back...won't order again!
