I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased the ‘Book Lovers Mug’ from Baheey. The item I received was nothing like the picture or description on the site. It was an embarrassing, worthless piece of rubbish. I have pursued Baheey for a refund, which I have still not received. They have used every method possible to avoid paying, despite the fact that I returned the item at their request and at my expense. They claim that I gave them an ‘invalid tracking number’, they have offered to pay, but never did, they offered ridiculous part refunds and even a discount on a further purchase - as if! Dishonesty and deception all the way.
