Nick was extremely courteous
Nick was extremely courteous and professional. He fully explained the new product I am purchasing that made me feel comfortable about buying it. I am replacing a previous model which worked exceptionally well and I am looking forward to the new model. I really appreciate the very individual attentive care this company provides.
