Poor communication of order and shipping. We ordered 11 days ago and if I didn’t email them I’d have no idea when things are coming. As of now, I still don’t really know just that things will ship this week with nothing definitive. I hope the shipping process is better. On the positive, at least they had, or since we haven’t gotten anything claim to have what we antes.
