AVOID AT ALL COST
AVOID AT ALL COST! No event going ahead anymore due to COVID, no refund allowed. Have to wait until live events can go ahead again, sometime in 2022. Brought the ticket in nov 2020!
AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
Worst experience I’ve had with a company! Brought tickets for Tony Robbins live event in October 2020, the event was cancelled due to COVID, been rescheduled three times over the last year. Asked for a refund to be told that we are not entitled because the event hasn’t been cancelled but rescheduled. The response I got when I asked when is the new date is laughable, sometime in 2022 as we are not allowed to hold events in 2021. So no actual date is booked they can basically hold onto my money. Honestly read the terms and conditions before you go anywhere near this company. We are currently seeking advice to somehow get our money back.
