After corresponding with EaseUS customer service, I appreciated that they agreed to refund the cost of their service. As such, I upgraded my review to three stars. I also recommended they put an asterisk or note next to their claim of a 30-day money back guarantee to call attention to their full refund policy. It's only a guarantee under specific guidelines, so potential buyers should read the policy before purchasing. Case # 272500232 Based on the mostly positive reviews of users and community experts, I purchased Partition Master Pro, Lifetime options. I opted not to download the free version because it didn't offer what I thought the full version could provide. I felt confident doing so as the website clearly mentions a 30-day money back guarantee in multiple places. So, when I discovered the program could not help in my particular situation, I requested a refund within a couple days of the purchase. Their customer service rep directed me to their refund policy which is located at the bottom of the website page; that policy was not referred to during the purchasing process. In the end, my refund request was rejected due to the stipulations found in the full refund policy. The only silver lining: Since I got the lifetime version, it may be useful on a future computer.
